Betapond publish study on Facebook Login

Betapond have released a study of the Top 200 online European retailers. The study looks at the social integration of the retailers with an emphasis on the implementation of Login with Facebook and social sharing buttons.

$9 million investment secured by FeedHenry

Congratulations to the team at FeedHenry who today announced that it has secured $9M (€7M) in a funding round led by Intel Capital. The funding includes a seven figure investment from existing investor Kernel Capital. Other existing investors VMware Inc., Enterprise Ireland and private investors also participated and were joined by new investment from ACT Venture Capital.  This new funding will provide FeedHenry with the capital to accelerate the international roll out of its mobile application platform that draws on critical cloud-based technology.

Red Herring day for two ArcLabs companies

Enterprise Ireland “Food Works” programme

Enterprise Ireland has launched the second Food Works Programme. Food Works is a joint initiative between Enterprise Ireland, Bord Bia and Teagasc to support the next generation of global food and beverage entrepreneurs. The food industry is an extremely challenging sector to enter and grow a business in. Food Works is designed as a collaborative, sector-specific support programme which will help agri-food entrepreneurs to grow. Full details can be found on the programme website.
